DeMarco Allan LLP appeared on behalf of the International Emissions Trading Association (IETA) in the Ontario and Saskatchewan constitutional reference cases on the federal Greenhouse Gas Pollution Pricing Act. IETA supports both federal and provincial jurisdiction over greenhouse gas emissions and carbon pricing.
